Work

Platforms that changed how their industries work.

We don't build demos. Each of these is a working system that replaced something slower, more expensive, or stuck in a spreadsheet — and that the people who use it own outright.

Finance & banking

Lending and account servicing, rebuilt around the people who use it

We built loan origination, credit decisioning, and account-servicing platforms for institutions stuck between an aging core system and a pile of spreadsheets. Applications that used to take days of manual review now move through underwriting in one sitting, with every decision logged for audit. We took on the parts most teams avoid — compliance trails, document generation, and payment math that has to be exactly right — and left the institution with software its own people can change without filing a vendor ticket.

The shift

Days of manual underwriting became same-day, fully auditable decisions.

Location intelligence

We turned scattered public records into a map of sites nobody else had found

Finding the right site meant scouting in person and guessing which parcels would actually clear permitting. We built a tool that pulls from government databases — permit records, approved permits, and parcel and zoning data — and cross-references the overlapping datapoints to pinpoint coordinates that meet every requirement but haven't been claimed. Instead of searching blind, the team gets a map of viable, untapped sites drawn straight from the public record — turning a guessing game into a ranked shortlist.

Manual scouting and guesswork became a map of qualified sites nobody had acted on.

Dealer management

A dealer management system dealers don't have to fight

Dealerships run on management software that's expensive, rigid, and holds their data hostage. We built a full dealer management system covering inventory, deals, customers, document generation, financing, and public credit applications, shaped around how a dealership actually works and running on a stack the dealer owns. No per-seat fees, no waiting on someone else's roadmap. Staff stopped working around the software and started working with it.

Inventory & supply chain

One real-time source of truth across every location

We built inventory and supply-chain systems for operations that had outgrown spreadsheets and a stack of disconnected tools. Stock levels, purchase orders, suppliers, and multi-location transfers live in one place and update in real time, so teams stop reconciling numbers and start trusting them. Reorder points, supplier lead times, and exceptions surface before they turn into stockouts — which turns inventory from a guessing game into something you can plan against.

Logistics

Dispatch, fleet, and freight that finally talk to each other

Logistics operators were running dispatch off whiteboards, phone calls, and disconnected spreadsheets. We built systems that bring loads, drivers, vehicles, and customers into one place — assign and track shipments, see where every truck is, and keep customers updated without a flurry of phone calls. Dispatchers stopped chasing status and started managing the exceptions that actually need them, and the back office finally had numbers it could bill and plan against.

Construction management

Bids, budgets, and the field on the same page

Construction teams lose money in the gaps between the estimate, the field, and the back office. We built project and job-cost tools that connect bids and budgets to what's actually happening on site — change orders, daily logs, subcontractors, and documents all tracked against the job. Project managers watch margin in real time instead of finding out at closeout, and nothing important lives only in someone's truck.

The common thread

Different industries, the same discipline.

Finance, logistics, construction, automotive — the domains change, the method doesn't. Every one of these started with the same up-front work that keeps a build from turning into a perpetual fix-it list.

  • We learn the business before we model the data.
  • Every workflow, role, and edge case is decided on paper first.
  • We build in small, reviewed steps you can follow.
  • You finish owning the code, the data, and the roadmap.
